In 2017 Attorney Hargrave began his practice with an internship with the Guilford County District Attorney’s Office. He served as an intern with the District Attorney’s Office for a period of six months when he was asked to join the Office as an Assistant District Attorney. Attorney Hargrave served as an Assistant District Attorney under the Honorable Doug Henderson and the Honorable Avery Crump for two years. As a prosecutor, Attorney Hargrave prosecuted in both District and Superior Courts. Ryan was the prosecutor in charge of Gambling Cases in District Court within the county of Guilford.In 2019, Attorney Hargrave joined Triad Legal Group, Inc. as the Head of the Criminal Division, Chief Administrative Officer, and Lead Trial Attorney. While at Triad Legal Group, Inc., Attorney Hargrave defended clients in both District and Superior Criminal Courts, also represented parents in Civil Court custody matters. Attorney Hargrave is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, Forsyth County Bar and American Inns of Court. Attorney Hargrave is licensed to practice in both State and Federal Courts. Ryan earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Presbyterian College in 2013, where he was a Division 1 scholarship athlete serving on the Men’s Basketball team all four years. Ryan later attended Florida Coastal School of Law, in Jacksonville, Florida, where he earned his Juris Doctor degree in 2016
